Louise and Charmian Foundation, a non-profit registered charity.

Site. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement after

1. Responsible conduct.

b. If you obtain membership with the Louise and Charmian Foundation,
you are solely responsible for your interactions with other
members. You agree to exercise precautions when meeting other
members through the Foundation.
c. You will not post to the Site, or transmit to other members,
any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive,
sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive,
or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates
another party's rights (including, but not limited to, rights
of privacy and publicity).
d. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information
to the Site or to any other members. If information provided
to the Site, subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or
false, you will promptly notify the Site of such information.
e. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail
to the Site.
f. If you provide us with information pertaining to a missing
person such that the information could assist in the location
of the missing person we are obliged to pass on such information
to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
g. If you provide us with information pertaining to a missing
person for public display on the Site you agree to notify
us in the first instance of the missing person being located
so we may remove the said person’s listing.
2. Accuracy of Records.
The information presented on missing persons on the Site,
including information taken from court or coronial inquest
transcripts is public domain. Details of criminal convictions
and coronial inquests are public records in Australia. Public
domain comprises the body of knowledge in relation to which
no person or other legal entity can establish or maintain
proprietary interests within a particular legal jurisdiction.
Where possible, missing person listings are linked to a verifiable
source of information outside of the Site. If you believe
the information relating to any person listed on the Site
is inaccurate or incorrect, you may request a correction by
contacting us. Where we are satisfied that a correction is
justified, it is our policy to allow one working day for the
correction to be made and uploaded.
3. Links.
Links
may be provided on the Site to other sites as a convenience
to the User. We have no control over linked sites and make
no representations about any content available at these links.
